In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule subsequent interviews.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and other recruitment materials.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation programs.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
