Pusat Bimo Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Assistant Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting in various banking operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions and inquiries,Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information,Provide information about banking products and services,Handle cash and check transactions,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies,Assist in the management of customer accounts and loans,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints,Work as part of a team to achieve branch targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures,Familiarity with computer and banking software,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
