Transcosmos is seeking a talented Brand Recipe Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing new recipes that align with our brand's identity and customer preferences. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet our customers' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and create new recipes that align with the brand's identity and customer preferences.,Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to improve recipe quality and customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our recipes are effectively communicated to customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our recipes and products.,Ensure that all recipes are compliant with local and international food safety regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recipe development and testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recipe development and food product development.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using recipe development software and tools.,Experience in working with international brands and customers is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
