📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, docking, and undocking.,Monitor and maintain all vessel systems and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of the crew and passengers.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards.,Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in maritime operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the local area and conditions in Jimbaran, Bali.,Experience in managing and motivating a team.,Good physical fitness and health.
