In this role, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documents.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
