📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company goals are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance.,Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
