📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and support.,Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure consistent service quality.,Support the outlet manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and replenish inventory as needed.,Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and sales activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping systems.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
