📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to ensure adequate stock.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets its financial targets and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle customer service issues.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
