📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  • Provide tax advice and recommendations to clients to minimize their tax liabilities.
  • Conduct tax audits and investigations, and prepare responses to tax authorities.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff on new developments.
  • Manage and oversee the work of junior tax consultants and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in tax planning and strategy meetings to provide input and recommendations.
  • Ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Certification in tax-related fields is a plus.
