Porto Indonesia Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative (Canvassing) to join our team in the beautiful regions of Bali. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting various locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to promote our products and services. You will use your sales skills to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Your daily tasks will include market research, client meetings, and sales presentations, all aimed at increasing our market share and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with potential clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Present sales proposals and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
