📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation programs aligned with national and provincial health guidelines.
• Lead a team of rehabilitation specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor program progress, collect and analyze data to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community leaders to design and deliver effective rehabilitation services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines in the healthcare industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve rehabilitation services and enhance patient outcomes.
• Represent the rehabilitation division in meetings and conferences, advocating for the needs of the community and the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the rehabilitation division, encouraging professional development and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the rehabilitation sector, with a proven track record of successful program management.
• Certification in rehabilitation management or a related field, such as Certified Rehabilitation Manager (CRM) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial health guidelines and regulations relevant to rehabilitation services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with community health programs and the ability to work effectively with government agencies and non-governmental organizations.
