📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to offshore teams on safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Investigate and document incidents and accidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE practices across all projects.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote HSE best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE administration, with a focus on offshore projects.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations related to HSE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HSE management software such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
