📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain food safety and quality standards.,Lead and train junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in leading a kitchen team.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.
