📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal levels.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within operations.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
