🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
