📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of products.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
