📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect properties to identify pest infestations and assess treatment needs.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control measures using specialized equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and traps.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and recommend follow-up actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of pest control activities, including client information, inspection reports, and treatment plans.
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and best practices for maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control or related field.
• Valid pest control certification (e.g., IPM Certification, NAPCO, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with common pesticides, insecticides, and other pest control products.
• Knowledge of local pest species and their behavior in tropical environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
