📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests with their luggage and belongings with a smile.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.,Ensure that all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and prepared for check-in.,Assist with any additional tasks as required, such as delivering room service or assisting with special requests.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bellboy station and luggage storage areas.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests and the hotel's operational requirements.,Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.,Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry luggage.,Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.,A valid ID and clean criminal record.
