📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception area.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and other reception-related activities.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our team members.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or related role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
