Max Smart Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the Bontang office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.,Coordinate with team members to address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and communication platforms.
