📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain restaurant finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
