📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Support the marketing team in creating product brochures, white papers, and other promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Strong organizational and project management skills
