📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Train and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory control systems and processes.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.
