📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of financial agents, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Oversee daily field operations, including customer onboarding, product training, and complaint resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local banks, partners, and micro-entrepreneurs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular visits to agent locations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Provide training and support to agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with fintech and microfinance solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
