📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all company regulations and legal requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings to build relationships and network with other professionals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
