As a Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant at RN Care, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of our clinic. You will assist in patient registration, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records using our in-house software, CareFlow. Your role will involve interacting with patients, answering their queries, and providing them with the information they need. You will also be responsible for maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and ensuring that all medical equipment is in good working order.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling using CareFlow software
- Provide patient information and answer queries
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure all medical equipment is in good working order
- Assist in the preparation and administration of medications
- Support healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
- Assist in the organization and distribution of medical supplies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical software, particularly CareFlow
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
