📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create high-quality designs for bedding and fashion products, ensuring they meet our brand guidelines and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and practical for production.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and preferences in the home textiles and fashion industry.
• Present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive arguments for your choices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in bedding and fashion.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
