📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct failure analysis using tools such as Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), and X-ray Fluorescence (XRF).
• Perform root cause analysis to identify defects and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Document and report findings to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in quality audits and inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on failure analysis techniques and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in failure analysis technology and methodologies.
• Assist in the development and validation of new products and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in failure analysis in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using SEM, EDS, and XRF equipment.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in failure analysis (e.g., ASM International Certified Failure Analysis Engineer) is a plus.
