📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain automation workflows to ensure seamless operation and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in intelligent automation technologies.
• Contribute to the development of automation best practices and standards.
• Participate in global projects and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in intelligent automation, with a strong background in UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Certifications in UiPath or Blue Prism, such as UiPath Certified Developer or Blue Prism Certified Professional.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing automation projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment is a plus.
