As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including but not limited to, conducting job analyses, developing job descriptions, and managing the recruitment process. You'll also be involved in onboarding new hires, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you'll work closely with managers to address employee concerns, facilitate performance appraisals, and develop training programs.

• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring and career development.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and conduct regular audits.
• Facilitate performance appraisals and develop training programs to support employee growth.
• Work closely with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on end-to-end HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience in ensuring compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Excel and Tableau, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
