📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
