📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage and train a team of F&B service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of F&B service policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the F&B service meets or exceeds customer expectations and company standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
