📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Manage guest reservations and room assignments.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services.,Supervise and train junior receptionists.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
