ATLAS Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Staff to join our dynamic team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of delivering results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges proactively.,Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and operational management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
