📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs, ensuring they maintain high standards of work and professionalism.,Develop and implement creative and innovative pastry recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries and desserts, from ingredients to final presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other culinary teams to ensure seamless food service operations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at culinary events and exhibitions to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position, with a strong portfolio of work.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
