In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of waitstaff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.,Lead and mentor a team of waitstaff, providing training and support.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
