In this role, you will work closely with our content creators, technical teams, and event organizers to ensure that our live streams are not only technically flawless but also captivating and interactive.

Daily, you'll manage live streaming events using industry-standard software like OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Vimeo Live. You'll coordinate with our production team to ensure that all technical aspects of the live stream are covered, from setting up the equipment to troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Additionally, you'll engage with the audience through live chat, social media, and other interactive features to create a vibrant and immersive experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate live streaming events using OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Vimeo Live.
• Ensure seamless technical operations, including setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality audio and video.
• Engage with the audience through live chat, social media, and other interactive features to create a vibrant and immersive experience.
• Collaborate with content creators, technical teams, and event organizers to ensure that live streams are not only technically flawless but also captivating and interactive.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming to ensure that our events are always at the forefront of digital media innovation.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in live streaming, event production, or a related role.
• Proven experience with OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Vimeo Live.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of live streaming equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming analytics tools.
