📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
• Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
• Create and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
