The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling the cost of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and schedules for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.,Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements to management.,Conduct cost analyses and prepare reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams.,Maintain accurate records of all project costs and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing and estimating techniques.,Proficiency in using cost management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
