📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor market and recruitment practices is a plus.
