📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is meeting health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Work with the clinic to ensure that the restaurant is meeting the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meeting its financial targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience at our restaurant.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in a similar role in a healthcare or restaurant setting is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
