SnapMart is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to drive business decisions and optimize our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop insights, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data strategies.,Implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales.,Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize the e-commerce platform and improve conversion rates.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and e-commerce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the e-commerce industry.,Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.,Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus.
