📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meets user needs.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and quality.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on documentation processes.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and usability of documentation.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation tools and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with software development processes and tools.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
