📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
