As a Bilingual Assistant & Translator, you’ll daily handle translations for contracts, reports, and customer communications. You’ll work closely with our local and international teams, providing essential support that keeps our operations running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and reports between Chinese and English with high accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and events between local and international teams.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain and update translation databases using tools like SDL Trados or MemoQ.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees, especially those with language barriers.
• Support the marketing team with translation and localization tasks.
• Assist in preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders in both Chinese and English.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely translation of financial documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in translation or interpreting.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using translation software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or Trados Studio.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
