📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive and personalized service to guests.
• Ensure all food and beverage outlets adhere to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements using Resy and other reservation systems.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistent quality and taste in all dishes.
• Train and mentor new staff to uphold the St. Regis service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed using Spoon Guru.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and service improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end F&B service role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with Resy and other reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
