📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including photos, videos, and stories that highlight club events, player profiles, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar and strategy that aligns with our brand and goals.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant hashtags and trends.
• Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to design eye-catching graphics and edit videos.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in sports and lifestyle content creation, and apply these insights to our club’s digital presence.
• Assist in organizing and documenting club events, ensuring high-quality visual and video content is available for social media.
• Work closely with the club’s management to ensure all content reflects our brand values and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the sports or lifestyle niche.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
• Proficiency in using graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with our community and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
• Passion for padel and a deep understanding of the sport’s culture and community.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
