Inventory Controller - Mining Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process, from procurement to distribution. You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure that we have the right materials and equipment on hand to support our mining operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our in-house inventory management system, SAP.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize mining inventory to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the entire inventory management process, from procurement to distribution.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that we have the right materials and equipment on hand to support our mining operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management on inventory levels, trends, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, with a strong background in mining or a related industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
