Officer - Fit Out (Mall Bandung)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of our retail spaces into stunning, customer-centric environments.

Our Bandung Mall project is no exception, aiming to set new standards in retail excellence. As an Officer - Fit Out, you will work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure that every detail of our fit-out process is executed to perfection.

In this role, you will use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed plans and specifications. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the fit-out process for retail spaces, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design and build.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Create detailed plans and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out, preferably in high-end retail environments.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
